Spa Etiquette
  Scheduling An Appointment
GreatSkin staff delights in the opportunity to serve and pamper you. Please be aware that when booking a spa package, it MUST be reserved by placing a valid credit card number on file. Please arrive at least 10 minutes. prior to the start of your appointment to have time to check in (or to fill out appropriate client forms) and enjoy the full amenities of our facility.
  Tardiness
Please be advised that the service technicians are dedicated to providing the best spa experience possible for all clients. Services will begin on time. In order to get the most of your spa experience, we ask that you please arrive at least 10 minutes early. This means that if you are running late for an appointment(s), services will be abbreviated to maintain the appropriate schedule for all technicians and subsequent clients. The full service charge will still apply to the abbreviated appointment.
  Cancellation
Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of scheduled service/package price. No shows will be charged the full service/package price.
  Personal Belongings
We will not be responsible for lost or stolen articles. If possible, please refrain from wearing jewelry since most spa services require bare skin for free movement.
  In-Room Etiquette
Good communication is important. Before the session, let your therapist know what your needs are. During the session, report any discomfort, whether it is from the massage or anything else -- room temperature, music volume, lighting, etc. Feel free to give feedback on the amount of pressure, speed of movement, etc. Because of the use of various oils, please let your therapists know of all allergies prior to treatment. Don’t be afraid to discuss any apprehensions or concerns. Your therapist is a professional dedicated to do their best to help you feel at ease.
  House Etiquette
Our massage therapists and estheticians are licensed professionals. GreatSkin does NOT tolerate any sexual behavior or comments. Any sexual comments made explicitly or implicitly will terminate the service immediately. The full service charge will still apply to the terminated service.

  • Please use quiet, “spa” voices while in treatment rooms and spa area
  • Please refrain from using cell phones in treatment rooms and spa area
  • Please put cell phones on vibrate or silent
  • Please be advised that no one under the age of 16 is eligible for massage unless accompanied by a parent or guardian
  • Please be aware that this is a NO SMOKING facility
